The Space
It's time to get out of the home office!
Situated on the ground floor of a new build, the space is planted out with a brand new kitchen, polished concrete floors, a small private meeting space with video comms (zoom away), and high-quality office furniture with ergonomic chairs. There is also high-speed NBN, internal bike racks, private lockers and quiet reverse cycle air conditioning.
Tenants also gain access to a communal roof-top, with tables, BBQ facilities and city views.
The space is also dog friendly.
The location
A short stroll to Jewell station and Tram 19. There are LOADS of choices for amazing coffee and food - DISCIPLE ROASTERS (directly across the street), CODE BLACK COFFEE, WIDE OPEN ROAD, GREEN REFECTORY, SARAH SANDS HOTEL... and many more.

The lease is monthly (and for those who choose a 6-month+ contract, we will put your logo on the window!) $420 per calendar month, per desk. Includes all the things. Just bring your tech!
Currently there are video professionals in the space. A Producer, Director (Clipo crew) and a Freelance Editor. Clipo is a video production service. Find out more about Clipo
