Storytelling ability: They know how to craft compelling narratives that engage and resonate with audiences. They have a deep understanding of character development, plot structure, and pacing.


Collaborative: They understand and value the collaborative process and are able to work effectively with clients, actors, interviewees, crew members, and other collaborators to bring a vision to life.


Attention to detail: They pay close attention to every detail of their work, from the script to the final edit. They are committed to excellence and strive for perfection in their craft.


Passionate: They must be passionate about their work. Driven to create content that can inspire, entertain, and provoke thought. They have a deep love for their craft and are committed to pursuing their vision, no matter the obstacles.
